All digital eBook sales are final once purchased content has been accessed or downloaded. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or personal preferences.

Refunds or remedies may be provided when you have been charged twice, the eBook was not delivered, the file is defective or incomplete, or a refund is required by law. Please report issues within seven days of purchase.

Contact our support team with your order details to have your request reviewed fairly. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
